03 mcs . I recently upgraded my stereo and added a harmon kardon tc300 amp and also a 150 watt sub amp . While sitting at idle, with the system loud and tweeking the levels, eq , etc, the AC light starts flashing and the AC cuts out .

When driving and playing the system loudly there's no issues . Could this be an alternator issue? I've also noticed the coolant fan comming on more often after shutting of the engine . AC system works well so I dont think it's AC related but it's a mini so ...
