Original radio / stereo swap for OEM

Hi i have a Mini R56 2010 and my aux in is broken. at the Mini dealership they suggested me to change the whole thing for an aftermarket. On the other hand ive seen some OEM stereo kits, like these, LINK
Has anyone tried this? should i be expecting some compatibility issues with my car?

Thanks.

I haven't even done an introduction post, but felt like responding to your post. I recently picked up a 2010 R55 Clubman. It had an aftermarket radio kit installed that looked terrible, in my opinion. I sourced and installed a factory unit like you posted. It was very easy to do and the cost was minimal. I'd say go for it. The only thing I would recommend is that they provide pictures of the unit powered up so that you can see if the display is still functioning correctly.
