Navigation & Audio NAV issues? Chattanooga?

NAV issues? Chattanooga?
Hi all its been awhile but generally i get the best advice here on NAM.
So here is my issue- 2015 countrymen with connected and nav. My son is changing schools and we are frequently traveling I-24 to Chattanooga.
We keep experiencing problems as soon as we cross GA line heading to Chattanooga. Whole infotainment system goes down completely and will not come back on until we are home (nashville) 24 hrs.
Dealership says its the area- any suggestions work arounds for dead spots?
Does this happen a lot of places we have traveled Nashville to NYC no issues Nashville to Chicago no issues

Do you mean literally goes down completely (like the screen turns off), or some features become non-responsive? Please describe specifically what happens.
