Yup...
I canceled by phone....after about 5 transfers....escalating "rentition specialist and THEY MADE ME WAIT ON HOLD
Then I went to my online account page...DELETED MY CREDITCARD INFO....
And they STILL AUTORENEWED, and SENT ME A BILL MARKED OVERDUE....
Fought for another 3 months to have it canceled and "fixed".....

As the OP, I think I finally have mine straightened out. I got the invoice today for the finale month, showed a credit for $200, owed them $9. Sent them a check, I should be done.

The whole experience has just been amazing. Lots of complaints on the net about them, including the so called class action suit they settled for deceptive practices. Even as bad as the customer service is with the cellular providers, at least they have some incentive because of competition. With SiriusAM, there is no competition, hence they can get away with it. I will never do business with them again..

I'm glad I initially gave them my Google Voice number. I didn't even know that Google Voice had a "Spam" box. One day I noticed all kinds of calls from the same number over a month long period in the spam folder. That continued for a few months. The number ended up being from Sirius. I never received a call or message from them. EVERYTHING just went to spam automatically! Sometimes it's good to depend on Google!

I guess they finally gave up because I haven't received a call in almost a year.

Tell them you sold the car.
When I wanted to cancel the radio in my husbands truck, since
he mostly drives his MINI, that's what I told them.
No problem.
