Aftermarket Nav install Help

Hello.
I've done the aftermarket double din Nav unit install, and have one or two issues I could use some help with, from those who have done it.

The main one is the clock. The mini dealer had to disconnect my battery for some service they were doing, and now, without the factory head unit, I can't reset the clock. That doesn't matter to me at all, however, I'm looking for a work around to get rid of the exclamation symbol in the Tach. Any advice?

Of far less importance, are the module errors the dealer gets when reading codes. Obviously, with the head unit out, and the HK Amplifier out, those modules come up with error codes when read. I remember seeing something about some work arounds for this as well, and was looking for guidance. Luckily, my dealer didn't think it was a big deal...

Attached one quick pic of my install, with my scan gauge built into the old Radio display.

Hmmm....if so, I haven't figured out how. The owners manual says to refer to the Radio owners manual for clock setting, and I do not have that. If it can be done through the stalk, can you tell me how?

I'm also wondering the answer for this so I can get rid of that darn triangle on the dash.

Just a small annoyance, and doesn't seem to hurt anything. But still.
I'll also ask the shop that did the install, because BEFORE the dealer disconnected the battery, I didn't have the triangle. And I know the battery was disconnected during the entire install, so they got rid of it somehow.
