Morel makes very good drivers. Their recent venture into complete loudspeakers in both home and car leaves something to desire price wise (it's too high). Morel's always had a nice "soft" sound. Certainly not the highest resolution drivers out there, but definitely better than any car-audio enthusiast is used to.

I built a set of home speakers using Morel drivers. They're very good sounding. Very natural sound. They require good power. A head unit amp wouldn't be enough. They aren't cheap and there are better options, like the MB Quart Q-series from an internet dealer.

I've had a pair Morel bookshelf speakers at home for the past 12 years and it is still sounding good from Day 1.
