Navigation & Audio Rear speakers arent working after new headunit install

Rear speakers arent working after new headunit install
Hey all,
I installed a Kenwood bt955hd in my 03 recently and noticed the rears aren't producing any noise now. The headunit required an adaptor to carry the components to the new. All of the features work perfectly; except for the rear speakers. When I swap back to the old head unit the rears work perfectly. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated!
