Navigation & Audio Nav system gone?

Nav system gone?
I have a 2011 S with Nav. Suddenly yesterday it starts telling me I need an access code to use the system. Does this sound familiar to anyone? On a side note, my one touch for opening/closing the sunroof seems to be gone as well.
