Replace Tweets and add sub using new amplifier?
I have a 2010 hatchback with the HK system. I also have a spare amplifier: JL 360/4 amplifier that I'd like to put to good use in improving the sound of my system.
A local audio technician suggests I replace the in-dash tweeters with two JL Audio 1" tweeters (C3-100Ct) using the included JL Audio crossover. We would also add the JL amplifier and use it to power the 6x9 speakers in the rear panels.
Any thoughts?
