Static in right speaker when engine is off

I did a search but came up with nothing. I've got a fair amount of static in my right front speaker. I can hear it when the car is running or if it's off. As long as the ignition is on I can hear it. Radio on or off. Speaker still works and I can hear the stereo but I can hear the static as well. Ideas? Car is an 04 MCS with the HK system.
Thanks!!

I may have found something on Google that addresses the problem. Says it's my amp. Now I got stuff to buy!

LOL I wouldn't get too excited about having to buy an amp. They are hard to come by and are costly. I have seen them go on EBAY for as much as 450.00
