Bluetooth guru question

So, I went in to the dealer to have my bluetooth set up. He got the phone to pair up but could not get my phonebook to load. He tried his iphone to rule out any issues with the car, and his phonebook loaded. He said sometimes phones are missing a file that allows the phonebook to load - I have a Motorola Photon (Android) - does anyone know what I need to do to get this to work?

Way out of my depth - thanks!

You should be able to find info here.

http://www.miniusa.com/bluetooth/

MINI publishes a list of phones that are compatible.

Good luck.
