Have a 2002, want to add iPod connector and Sirius, best options?
This is for my girlfriends car and I dont think it has the HK radio (no nav, etc.). This is what she would like:
1. Connect iPhone
2. Sirius satellite radio
3. Still use steering wheel controls
4. Have text display
In order to keep the factory style radio I know I would have to get a 2005+ radio, DICE unit, sirius unit. Or would I better off getting an aftermarket HU? If I go the factory radio style, where can I get a 2005+ radio and how could I confirm it is a 2005 + radio and not an earlier radio? If I go aftermarket, what HU would fit my needs best?
Thanks!!

We have a 2006 and went with an Alpine deck (iDA-X305S), bluetooth module, and custom install that hid a dock connector in the ashtray. There is a sat radio module available as well. If you don't have the H/K radio, it should be pretty straightforward. If you are in the San Francisco area, I can recommend a guy that does fantastic work.
I have a 2006 S. I got the Dice MediaBridge. You can put the sirius App on the iPhone. I have Sirius in my Truck and Just use my iPhone App for everything else. Works fine.Dice unit is an easy install.
