Does someone make a touch screen that fits in place of my Nav screen?

Does someone make a touch screen that fits in place of my Nav screen? Or just a better screen, so I can connect a Mac Mini, or perhaps an Apple TV to it..

Would a composite video aux input for your current screen be good enough for you? Those are easily available.

Edit: Link shows a 2nd gen car. Not sure if some thing similar could be done in a 1st gen car. But maybe you'll get some ideas from it.
