Hi,

I'm helping someone pair a phone to a 2009 Mini. The phone is on the Mini approved list. I paired it successfully and tested it but sometime later the pairing failed.

I deleted the pairing info on the Mini and now the phone immediately says pairing failed when I try to discover the mini. It may be because the phone still has the old Mini pairing info(not clear how to delete this from the phone but I will figure it out).

Anyone have the pairing fail after it had worked?

 

Any luck fixing the bluetooth? Our 2009 is paired with two Apple iPhones (a 5S and a 7) and there have been no issues (knock on wood) to date. What type of phone are you using?
