I took delivery on Sat and they said they won't have my activation codes until today...is this normal? Or did they screw up?

I'm a little annoyed that I can't use my nav system yet.

 

I got mine the day I picked up my MINI and they said it could take up to 48 hrs to work. Needless to say it didn't work and I had to get a new code after the 2 days had passed. Maybe they are waiting to make sure it's gonna go through or something?

The NAV is pretty cool, you're going to like it when you get it.

 

Got the codes and it works..anyone know how to raise the nav volume?? It's so quiet compared to music I can barely hear it!
