Nav Upgrade

I have a 2010 Mini Cooper S 'Mayfair' with nav. I was wondering if you could upgrade to the 2011 nav system.

Just about anything can be done. Just what is the coast factor. In this case I would say that if it is possible then the cost would be outrageous. Especially as the new system uses a different hardware setup.
