Yeah, it takes a little working out of the system to get everything broken in. And you can hear the difference. Finally got my system up and running, and my amps have the muscle to make the speakers work. Tried running the replacement speakers with the stock head unit....and it gave out before the speakers came alive. Am having mine tuned by a shop with a real time analyzer on Friday. It already sounds pretty good, but I'm hoping for moore. In the process of re-assembling the interior, I went back to tin the leads going into the crossovers only to discover I had a couple of things wired backwards, so much for working in the dark. Am looking forward to more on your system though.

As much glass as the Mini has, I imagine the upper-mids and the highs will have to be dialed back about like your previous ride. Will try to get a picture of the RTA final setup, along with an equipment list. Probably will start my own thread for my install just like you did with yours, and I have learned a few things I have not seen addressed on this forum. Once again, ya did good!
