Navigation & Audio ICElink iPod + (XMDirect or SIRIUS factory) ???

ICElink iPod + (XMDirect or SIRIUS factory) ???
Just wondering if both of these devices can be used, with a 2004 Mini Cooper S with NAV.
1. ICElink IPOD AND XMDirect
2. ICElink IPOD AND Sirius from dealer install
I would plan to use all configurations with the MFSW.
Please comment ASAP. I plan to make an order tomorrow, with the following config:
2004 MCS DS/DS, Loaded (everything except PDC and leather)
