does anyone have problems with Garmin???

I bought a Garmin 3760LMT and have a problem updating the map. When I double click on my updater on the desktop I get a message that say's " A connection to the server could not be established. Please insure that you are connected to the internet and try again." I am connected to the internet.

I'm wondering if any other users of a Garmin are having issues updating the lifetime free maps.

Just because your internet is up, doesn't mean Garmin's server connection is up.
Could be a problem on their end; call their 1-800-number to obtain some service and assistance.

Have you used the updater before? It could be a problem with it....

I'd delete it and go to Garmin.com and download it again, then try again....
