Audio Problem: CD stuck in play mode, no other buttons work

I have a CD in the disk drive that is continually playing. No other buttons on the dash will work. I cannot turn it off, eject the disk, change to the tuner or the iPod. I can't access my phone through the dash. Anything. The only thing that works is the volume ****. I tried pulling the fuse for the radio to reset the system but that didn't work. Help! Ideas?

Wow! No idea here...INPA or DIS will be able to read fault codes in the radio, but I am not sure it can be reset via that software.

Have you tried disconnecting the car battery for a few hours? Give that a shot first.

If that doesn't work, then you may have to either replace the head unit or reload the firmware on it (dealer or yourself if you have the appropriate tools).
