Navigation & Audio Ipod integration issue
Ipod integration issue
I acknowledge that this may be an issue with my ipod and not the integration, but I wanted to see if anyone has had this issue.
I have the ipod integration (The one when the ipod is connected in the secret compartment). It arrived at the car when originally ordered and used to work perfectly fine.
As you may know, it plays through the CD Changer category and the CD number buttons offered the ability to determine in which manner the songs are sorted. Random, alphabetical by song, by artist, etc.
Recently, only number 1 has worked. The others seem to be loading for an indefinite amount of time without any success. Unfortunately option 1 is my least favorite as it's alphabetical.
Has anyone had this issue? My ipod is updated and everything (the update wasn't the cause of this issue, it was done AFTER). Every once in a while my ipod has a hard time syncing with my computer...so that may be the root of the cause.
Car is a 2008 R55 Cooper non-s clubman. Boost radio and ipod integration. The ipod is a first gen iTouch.
Thanks in advance. Your input is appreciated

If you are having problems at times syncing with the computer then it is very possible that the problem is your iPod Touch.
The only recommendation I can give is to do another hard reset and see if that clears the problem. There should have been one done when you did the software upgrade but that may not always be the case.
Other than that I would say to test another iPod and see what happens.
