If you have a 2010 convertable and your calls can't be understood because of static there is a solution. The problem is a bad software patch that is in newer cars. My dealer finally got BMW to respond by putting in an older version of software and the calls are clear as a bell! It requires a BMW engineer to update the software with a laptop on site.
