Well there should have been a speaker with the kit that mounts under the dash and connects to the audio output of the OEM head unit so that the chimes can be heard. If there was not speaker then yeah he probably did nto know what to do but as a professional he should have then taken it upon himself to find out what to do.

So either lazy or maybe not as professional as he made out to be. Or it could be both.

Metra is suppost to have a kit available now as well. Waiting to have a look at it. Not too impressed that the cupholders are lost.
