Navigation Issues

I have had my 03 MCS for about a month now. I love everything except for the Navigation seems to not work. When ever i select it, it says Please Wait a Moment. I waited about 2 hours while driving home from the dealership and still nothing. I have been told to check and make sure my navi cd/ possibly dvd is inserted but i cannot find that part of the navi unit. If any one could please help!

Also sorry if this is posted somewhere else but i cannot find anything on here similar

The unit is under the passenger seat (access from the back side). You should see a box with a rubber cover. Open the cover to access the CD slot and eject button. If the disc was missing, I think you'd see a message to insert a disc.

The laser may have failed. Look at the info in this thread: https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...h-alcohol.html
