i was wondering, since i am awaiting my MC wit nav system.....how does it work, like how do u put in an address? How else can u pick a destination? if anyone can show a picture of that screen it would be nice as well. thanks guys!

Using the **** under the display you select the letters of you destination, it tries to autocomplete your entry.

 

Here in the US, you start by picking Country (US/CANADA), then city/state, then street. Follow that up with a street number, or an intersecting street name, and you're good to go. At each step, the display lists matches to your partial entries on the bottom half of the screen, so you can stop entering letters and just go pick your item when it shows.

I believe you can also just use the map, cursor around on it until you see where you want to go, and then pick that location as a goal.

Recent goals are easy to retrieve, and you can store oft used locations as well.
