I've had my iPhone about a month now and just found that when hooked to an iPod "boom box" using the ear buds port, I can listen to my music. So my question is...Can I install the Mini aux input and using a male/male cable, listen to my iPhone music simply ('04 Mini)? Seems simple from what I've read.

 

yes you can. and when a phone call comes in it'll run thru your speakers but the person on the other end will hear an echo of their own voice.

 

Thanks to all that have contributed over the years, I read through the different post and completed the install in less then a hour. Now if I'm out of radio rececption, tired of my 21 CD's (Mini holder plus 1) I have my iPod (akaiPhone).
