Bass is hitting, then its gone.. H/K

Can someone answer this easily please?
When driving, the system has a click click through speakers, then boom, its jamming like its supposed to. Most of time the bass is only ok, but then it makes that sound like an rca being plugged in while listening, and its full on.

I have some experience with aftermarket systems, I understand how those work. I don't know much about this car however. Where is the amp? How do I remove the door panels etc.. I would say a loose speaker connection but both front speakers play 100% of the time.
Also, this isn't the speed control volume. I know what that is like. This is usually while driving under 40 mph.

Thx
I wanna rock!!!!

I puller radio out and checked connections, also felt around amp and tried to make sure plugs are tight. Any other suggestions? I tried to get door panel off but was hesitant to keep pulling the tabs off.
