I'm about to put in some new front Boston Audio speakers and Ive read that mounting the crossovers in the dash saves a lot of headaches of trying to thread new speaker wires because you can just use the existing ones that go to the head unit.

However - in another post, I've read that the dash area has a lot of electrical interference that will cause big problems with crossovers.

Anyone have any experience with this pro or con?
