Navigation & Audio issues putting back Hi-Fi to stock

issues putting back Hi-Fi to stock
right so i am selling the car, put all the speakers back to stock and re connected the amp but no sound! it seems as the amp isnt turning on to give power to the speakers. disconnected the battery to see if it was an ECU reset that needed doing but nothing. there is power going to it no fuses are blow but its driving me mad! any ideas anyone?
its an r56 Cooper S on a 2006 (turbo one) with the Hi-Fi speakers
