focal K3P set up for MCS

hi guys

question is im new to focal but have heard their newer KR2 and its sweet,
my ride is a non HiFi system and it sucks real bad. i have been reccomended by my tunner:

1 x focal K3P -> steg k01 amp(80wx4 @4ohm)

1 x focal CA1 6X9 -> alpine mrv-1000(my old 2 ch amp)

No sub

single layer sound proof

when i did some search on the focal K3P it seems they are power hungry stating 200w norminal power. as this is a pretty good set of 3way, im really afriad im not having enough juice to power this baby up. hence i was thinking of either steg k402(115x4 @4ohms) or LRx 4.1k(2x130w + 2x140w @4ohms)

what do you guys think??

thanks n b,rgds

i had 100 watts running my krx2 an it sounds really awsome. i say get a good quality amp an thats the only main issue. if you affraid of under power get a 450/4 , hd600, or if you got the dough get the 4.75 focal

For the 165KRs, the Focal technician recommended 120 Watts, 100 Watts if you don't listen at very loud volumes. Their nominal is rated at 80.

You should call them with your questions, they'll be happy to give you some good information.
