Navigation & Audio 2005 MCS with H/K – Blown Front Right Speaker?
2005 MCS with H/K – Blown Front Right Speaker?
Hey guys,
This morning I think my passenger side lower HK speaker went. When I turn the balance and fader all the way to the front right, I only hear the tweeter. When I move the balance to the front left, I hear both the tweeter and the mid range. I’m not sure if the speaker’s blown or if the connection just came loose? I figure if it was blown, I would still hear audio coming from it but it would be that typical “farting sound” that blown speakers typically make? Any ideas?
Also, does anyone have any links on removing front door panels? Or is there any easier way to get access to the speaker without removing the door panels (perhaps thru the HK speaker grill?)
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks!!
