NAV parts alone will be over 3k without labor of approx 20+ hours
The change to the HiFi stereo (10 speakers system) requires a of at least two different wiring harnesses. I.E. the MIN dealer will not do that.
So you would be much better off buying a car with the options installed from
the factory.
This has been discussed a few times in the NAV and Audio section. It would be appreciated if you would search for answers as most questions have been answer here on the forums.

The OEM head unit MUST stay in the car as it part of the central computer system.
It can be moved but the parts have to be imported from japan and they are very very expensive. More than 1500 at last check. and that is just for the plastic pieces. that does not include taking the dash all apart and removing the secret compartment (which you will loose) and lots of other problems it causes in positioning of the switch in the lower dash.
Again search and reading will help you greatly there are many many threads on the subject of stereo equipment, speaker replacement and upgrades to audio components.
