Underseat amp grounding question

Those of you who have your amps mounted under the front seat, where do you have them grounded? I grounded mine to the common ground on the passenger door area and I think it is causing a grounding loop. Any ideas on alternate grounding spots?

That won't be a strong enough ground. The old rule was to use a seat belt bolt but just scraping off some paint to bare metal and screwing your ground to it usually works.
