I have a 2007 R56 with the integrated Sirius. Every time sirius updates their channel listings I get the blinking "update list" message on my receiver. I can fix this by calling sirius and then my stereo gets a new list.

Is their a better method for this?

But on the plus side, Backspin is back on sirius. The best channel on the whole system!!!!!

Hm..m. I'm happy to say I haven't had this problem. I have gotten the update list but it always finishes "updating" and then starts playing again.

 

I only get this message once when they redid all the channels not too long ago after the merger. Never since. I didn't have to call either. The system just updated.

 

I wish mine did that! My '09 MCS with Nav and Sirius hasn't updated the channel names since they re-added "The Strobe" and that channel still says "Cinemagic".
