I did the install not too long ago and couldn't really find any instructions. There were a few threads that I found by searching around that had parts of the install.

It's really not that difficult to do though. Disconnect the battery then take the passenger seat out (four torx bolts, not sure of the size, best to have a good set on hand anyway). You should see a large plastic cover under where the seat was, remove this and the foam inside. Install the components from the kit where the foam was. It will only go in one way and you will have some parts left over as they are redundant. Just take your time and fit the pieces together in a logical manner. When everything is back together you will have to take the car to the dealer and have them do an update on your cars computer system so it will recognize the Siruis unit, they will charge you for this.

Make sure you have the seat put back in and reconnected before you reconnect the battery as your car WILL throw a CEL that can only be reset by the dealer otherwise.

Sorry for the sparse instructions, I just figured it out and didn't document anything.

I'm also looking for the instructions. I want a list of all the parts and part numbers that are in the kit. Did it come with the "Multifunction Box" or just the radio unit, bracket, and lots of screws? My car seems to already have the cover.
