SIRIUS unit from Ford truck to MINI R56

I have Sirius radio in my Ford pick up, can I install that unit in my 08 R56? If so how hard is it to do?

Thanks

Not sure if it can be done as you have not told us what kind of equipment it is.

If it is a OEM module then it will not work.

If it is a aftermarket receiver then it will work.

Let us know make an model number if an aftermarket unit then we can help you with it.

+1 on OEM module not working.

I had a Sirius radio in my BMW M3 and that wouldn't have worked either (I wanted to put it in my JCW).
