Replacing H/K Amplifier

Been lucky and able to pick up two fully working H/K amplifiers for £200.

I just wanted to know how to replace this. Some are saying you have to take the rear seats out then remove the rear panel, others say you can get it out by removing the side panel.

Looking at the bracket there are only two 10mm bolts securing the amp to the car chassis. What is this screw with a phillips head people refer to that you need to access via the boot light.

Does anyone have any pictures that may be able to assist me.

Thanks in advance.

The H/K amp mounted to it's bracket is fastened to the car in three places. A nut on bolt bottom right, that you can see through the side panel opening; and also two screws, one top right and one top left. Not sure you could reach both of them without removing the rear panel - but removing the seats and rear panel is not that hard!

Ignore the electronics - this is the H/K bracket:

The side panel is a single piece from rear edge of (front) door, to hatch!
MINI2 has a how-to on removing the interior (go down to "Removal of the rear seats is required to install new rear speakers")
