Bluetooth problems - Samsung U470

I have been driving my new Mini for a week now, and the only issue I am having is getting the bluetooth option working.

The phone pairs successfully, downloads all my numbers and dials numbers fine. Unfortunately after about 30 seconds of talking it hangs up (or disconnects the bluetooth connection, not sure.) It does not ring when I have an incoming call and I can not answer.

I have the latest Samsung software (Vu470.AL14)

Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks!

Check the sticky thread at the top of this section call Bluetooth Compatibility List.

It should answer all your questions. There are a bunch of links in that thread to great information.

There's been at least one other person that's reported it working without problems- other phones have done similar things when they have a power saving feature that disables Bluetooth. Thirty seconds sounds a bit quick though.

Is this a Verizon phone? As far as I can tell, the latest phone firmware (probably diffent from the Samsung software) is ZL05.Might be worth looking into to see if that's the same firmware you have.
