AUX input stopped working???

Bought and installed the "AUX Input" adapter from Moss Mini and it has been working fine with my Sirius radio. Now it no longer senses that there is an input. Thought it was my Sirius radio so I got another and it is doing the same thing. Changed out the stereo mini cable that connects the Sirius to the AUX Input and it still doesn't work. When I disconnect the stereo mini cable from the Sirius and then plug it back in the "AUX" displays on the HK stereo headend and then promptly goes away. Anyone know what could be causing this?

'03 MCS with the HK sound system. Realized this morning I left out a piece of info. If I plug my phone and use the MP3 player on it in the Aux input it works fine. Very strange and frustrating...
