Hello everyone~

I have the R56 Mini and i got aftermarket speaker and sub...I got it profesionaly installed at a audio place. Anyway...there was one lil problem that no one seems to know why...

when i turn on the car the subwoofer will have this big "VOOOOOOM" sound...like reli loud...and when i lock the car...after around 1 min...the subwoofer will VOOOOM again...then after probably 5 min...it VOOOOM once more

but the thing is that the VOOOM doesn't always come on when i turn on the car...but it always does after the car is turned off....

So i was wondering if anyone know how to get this fix? Thank you!!

 

sounds like its an issue with ur remote wire and where they tapped it

 

It sounds like typical amp thump which is usually and indication of the remote turn on wire not being connected to the car in the correct place.
