I have a 16GB iPod touch and I plug my iPod into the adapter (convenience package). I enjoy this feature, but when I unplug my iPod and listen via my headphones, all my music is shuffled. I can choose an album, choose the first song, but after that it will shuffle. All other functions work perfectly, I am posting from it right now. The only way to settle the problem is to reset it to factory settings after I disconnect it from the USB cable. Is anyone else having this problem, or better yet, luck solving this problem?

see if its turning the shuffle on on the ipod, its under one of the options on the ipod and turn it off

 

Thanks for the quick response, but unfortunately that isn't the issue. The shuffle feature is an option in the playlist on the iPod touch and is only on when you press the button in the album/playlist. That is great advice to those who have an iPod classic or nano. Thanks again!
