With Nav and USB, how can you Fast Forward more than a few seconds at a time on a trk

I know if you press and hold the next track button it will fast foward a few seconds at a time, but for an audio book that may be hours long this is a pain. Is there anyway to use the joystick or is there a time seek function or something?

I just switched from using my 8gb ipod nano to using an 8gb USB (around 30 bucks at buy.com) and can't believe how great the sound quality is for the USB vs iPod for the same files, but I also want to listen to books and some are not split into multiple tracks and if I jump around I want to go back.

Good news is that if you shut the car off in USB mode it seems to remember where it left off in a book.
