hey guys

hope everyone is doing well....

i have a question... i bought a scosche dyb---- something or other to get my cell sound thru my sterio system, all the ear pieces i've tryed stink.

i get the incoming sound / voice to come thru my speakers with plenty of volume....very nice for my deaf ears however the mic won't work....they can't hear me on the other end.

after trying a second unit the tech guys at the factory tell me that the chip in my LG 5200 Phone is not compatable with their unit. argggg

is there any other product i can try....i've searched but can't find anything that utilizes the aux jack

Seems like it might be easier to replace your phone with a compatible one, but you probably didn't want to hear that.

 

yes....you are correct, i'sd prefer to keep the phone and get a compatable unit..

There's pretty much zero chance of Mini updating their bluetooth specs. But maybe some one else with your same phone has figured out how to get it to work. Sorry I can't be any help.

 

my understanding is has nothing to do with the system in the mini....it has to do with the phone communicating with the aftermarket schoche unit.
