I must be missing it cuz I don't think that will work with my Nuvi .. I have the FM Reciever / transmitter that plugs into my Cig lighter and uses a cradle to hook to the Nuvi .. If I don't have it hooked into that cradle, I can't recieve traffic updates.

I think you're asking if the 660 fits on Mini's Garmin mount they sell. It doesn't. The mount it too close to the tach. Most people either use a proclip or kuda mount to put the 660 up on the dash or near the glove box.

Kuda for a nuvi 660?
Do I need any kuda "add-on" if I want to install the nuvi 660, or just the base bracket?

Yes. You need the add-on. The add-on is the ball-mount that you attach to the bracket. You shouldn't need to buy it separately since you can't use the mount without it but I guess they need the extra cash.
