R56 Stock Radio

I just picked up up my '07 Cooper S today. Despite all the negative comments, the stock radio (non hi-fi) sounds great!

One question. I can't find the Sirius antenna under the passenger seat. There is a slit w/ the wire for the seat coming out of it below the front of the passenger seat, but I can't feel any wires.

Am I looking in the right place?

I agree...the radio in my R56 is 100 times better than the one in my sister's R50...IMO

I went from a +$600 stereo system in a truck with sub and all...to this stock radio...and I am very happy!

Maybe this will help with the antenna...https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...d.php?t=124616...?

The wire is there under the seat but is not long enough to "pull out" in my 07 MCS - you need to first get the extension cable and then hook it up under the seat. It's very easy to do but as noted, you need the Torx driver.
