Bridging a 2 channel amp for a sub question
This is the amp and sub that I have:
Amp specs:
http://peterborough.kijiji.ca/c-buy...QQAdIdZ34265955

(yes, I need to vacuum the dog hair off the floor)
Sub Specs:
http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item...unch+Z+12-.html

I didn't do the install on my other car from a few years ago, and don't remember if the amp was bridged or not. Do I run the +L and the -R to the sub, and then bridge from the -L to the +R on the amp itself? Seems like that would make sense, since the amp is bridgeable. Or would there be an internal bridge and I shouldn't do that?
Also, for tapping into the rear speaker wires for the LOC, is just a common electrical tap okay to use?
This is my first attempt at putting in a sub and an amp, so I appreciate any assistance. I'm sticking with the stock headunit (non HK), if that matters.
Thanks!

RF uses left +/right - for bridging. Hook up the sub with a single piece of wire and run the leads to those terminals. it does it internally. a vampire tap is ok for the rear speaker leads.
I assume bad things would happen if I manually bridged it?
