Antenna Base

As has happened to more than a few people, my antenna base got snapped off at an automatic car wash. After searching threads here I am pretty sure I can handle the install myself.

My only question is, why can I find a replacement base for an 04 non nav MINI? I don't want to go to the dealer and I can't seem to find one online.

Any suggestions?

I got mine at Morristown Mini in N.J. If I remember right it was about $32.00 + shipping. It's not hard to change if you have small hands and long fingers. There is thread on how to do it if you search. I would try and explain but I'm sure I would leave something out.
