okay so... i put in my system and ofcourse got an alpine deck that could have steering wheel controls. alls good for a day or two until the controls stop working. i chalked it up to a faulty unit and got it replaced. all has been good for a month or two but every so often it takes a **** and doesnt work again. if i turn the car off and back on it works. it has gotten progressively colder here in michigan, but does anyone else have this problem? is there something in the cars computer that is "attacking" the controls because they are after market? i dont have the alarm system, so that cant be it... help? =\
