Thanks to significant time reading the audio forum, and plenty of researching, I finally have started purchasing the upgrades for the Mini. I have been extremely disappointed in the audio versus the 7 logic system in the BMW. I understand the car is smaller, and is constrained to a certain cost, but a JCW is a 30k go kart... I would think they could do something!

I am stuck on the amp presently, but am hung up between going with the 5.1 V12 Alpine Amp, or just staying 4 channel. I dropped the rear seats (as they are worthless, and heavy), but I don't particularly want to add weight with a sub. I honestly am just looking for the quality, and have always been pleased with Boston Acoustics Products.

If anyone has any suggestions, please speak up! Thank you for your help thus far

The PDX 4.150 is Is what RMS @ 4 Ohms?

 

It's 150W X 4 RMS into 2 or 4 ohms.
