Hooray! I just got my production number! One month and one day of waiting...

I've logged onto the Owner's Lounge, but don't see a date. It just says on order...don't I get an estimated production date before it moves to Scheduled for production? Also, it just says "on order". I don't see any production codes...

Unfortunately you won't find any production codes on the website (which would be nice if they were there, but they aren't) so you can call Mini at 1-866-ASK-MINI and they can tell you what it is. In Owners Lounge at the bottom of the little tracking screen there should be an order review option and estimated times are usually in there so click on that to review your order....I am not positive if it is there but it is always good to look.....(I didn't get my production ## until the car was awaiting transport, but it placed my estimated arrival time in there so that would be the place to look I think....)

 

Thanks, L.MINI. I checked it out but unfortunately there is no date. Maybe it's too early? Does it take a few days to appear?

 

I personally have beef with that website...it hasn't been real accurate for me. Your best bet is to just call them....they are really nice and helpful and can tell you more than the website can.

 

My thoughts on the MINIUSA tracking are all good so far it has been up to date on every leg of the journey "so far" The day i ordered it showed up with an estimated prodution date of July 26th , the day it started prodution it showed the same day and today i went to awaiting transport so actually i am ahead of produtiion and that is where i am at i guess it seems like i am not the NORM considering all i have read .
